How Long Do We Retain Your Data

Personal data will only be retained for the period necessary to fulfil any of our services and the purposes outlined in this policy. Under certain circumstances where a longer retention period is required, due to certain legal requirements/regulations, the stored data will be kept for a longer duration instead. Thereafter, the personal data will eventually be deleted once we no longer have a legal or business purpose for retaining your personal data. We might also block the relevant data until the purpose has been fulfilled, so that this guarantees data completeness and integrity.

As such, we will need to hand over personal data due to legal obligations so that claims can be enforced, damages can be prevented or even to dispute unjustified complaints.
